Since all appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all bookings with a credit card. If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment on the previous business day will cost 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation made less than 24 hour of your booked appointment, same-day cancellations and missed appointments will incur 100% of the service fee.

LashSpot SF accepting appointments up to 5 weeks. Any appointment requested after 5 weeks may not be accepted or declined. 

New Client Touch Up

New Client Touch Up is for those who come from another spa within 2-3 weeks. If it has passed 3 weeks, please make an appointment for Lash Mini, Full Set, Volume Full in Mink/Silk or Russian Sable. Those who have not been to LashSpot more than 3 months, please make an appointment for New Client Touch Up. 

Day of Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
**For lash extension appointments, please remove any contact lenses and waterproof eye makeup before your appointment.** Arriving with eye makeup on, especially heavy mascara, may shorten the time designated for your lash application, and may prevent lash extensions from properly adhering to your lashes.


We here at LashSpot SF recommend getting lashes 3 weeks before the date of the wedding. There are cases where clients have had a reaction after getting lashes put on. So we do endorse getting the initial application 3 weeks before hand then getting a touch up before the wedding so that your lashes are as full as possible and to minimize the chance that a reaction occurs before the big day. These cases scarcely happen, but it is important to take the necessary precautions.

LashSpot SF is closed on Mondays, therefore we can not take any calls regarding your appointment. If you need to contact us on Monday for any reason, whether it be cancelling an appointment or rescheduling an appointment. When there are fires in California and it results in bad air quality this can affect clients with sensitive eyes. This can result in an allergic reaction or lead to lashes falling off quicker than normal. If you have sensitive eyes please take that into account before booking an appointment or mention this to your technician.
